TruthSeekAI may collect account information such as email address, authentication status, subscription status, support requests, and basic usage information needed to provide and protect the service.

TruthSeekAI may also store uploaded paper metadata, extracted text, analysis results, saved-library records, and related-paper comparison results for account features.

Private uploaded documents

Paid and free account features may allow users to upload research PDFs. Uploaded files are private to the user account and are used to provide document extraction, analysis, saved-library, and related-paper comparison features.

TruthSeekAI does not sell, distribute, publicly host, or provide public download access to user-uploaded PDFs. Users are responsible for uploading only documents they have permission to access and analyze.

How uploaded documents are used

Uploaded documents may be processed to extract text, identify document metadata, generate research-paper analysis, display results in the user's private library, and compare uploaded documents against related open literature.

Uploaded documents are not made public through TruthSeekAI and are not made available to other users except through future team or organization features controlled by the customer.

Service providers

TruthSeekAI uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, storage, database, payment, and processing infrastructure. These providers are used to deliver the product and protect the service.

Deletion and retention

Users may delete uploaded private papers from their library. Deleted records and files may be removed from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, logging, legal, security, and operational retention needs.

What TruthSeekAI does not provide

TruthSeekAI is not a medical, legal, financial, investment, weapons-development, or regulated professional advisory service. The product provides research-paper analysis and triage assistance only.
