User-uploaded documents

Users may upload only documents they own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to access and analyze. TruthSeekAI does not grant users rights to upload, copy, distribute, or analyze documents in violation of copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.

TruthSeekAI does not sell, distribute, publicly host, or provide public download access to uploaded documents. Uploaded documents are used for the user's private analysis and research-library workflow.

No substitute for expert review

TruthSeekAI does not determine what is true, false, safe, effective, or scientifically valid. Ranking signals, review signals, summaries, cautions, and explanations are intended to help users prioritize human review, not replace expert judgment.

Research use

Users are responsible for independently evaluating papers, sources, claims, citations, methods, and conclusions before relying on them. TruthSeekAI may produce incomplete, incorrect, or outdated signals.

Current status

TruthSeekAI currently provides a restricted public preview and is focused on the Founder Individual plan for private paper uploads, private analysis, saved research libraries, and private-vs-open research comparison.

Open research sources

Open paper metadata is retrieved from sources including arXiv and OpenAlex. arXiv is not affiliated with or responsible for TruthSeekAI.

Prohibited uses

Users may not use TruthSeekAI for illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, unauthorized document distribution, public file sharing, document piracy, or attempts to bypass access restrictions on third-party content.

Users may not use TruthSeekAI to develop, procure, manufacture, or operate weapons, explosives, dangerous materials, controlled substances, or other harmful or regulated products. Users may not use TruthSeekAI for defense, military targeting, surveillance, tactical, or operational weapons-related purposes.

No regulated professional advice

TruthSeekAI does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, safety, engineering, or other regulated professional advice. TruthSeekAI does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend medical treatment, sell pharmaceuticals, sell medical devices, or provide telemedicine.

Billing and refunds
